How to Get Bloodskal Working Again

Bloodskald blade won't fire it'due south charge so I'm stuck!

As the topic says my bloodskal blade won't fire its charge and therefore I can't get the gate open which means I'grand stuck in that room... I've spent hours online trying to find some clue to what may cause this and how to resolve it but with no luck.

So now I turn to you my friends and ask you if you could delight aid me solve this or otherwise I'll end up like the man I found the sword on...

For anyone else scouring google looking for answers, I used the console control:

thespian.setav rightitemcharge 99999

And this worked. I noticed I was getting the message "Item has bereft accuse" the first time I swung the sword and hit something.

Tried the mods with no luck, this worked first time. Many thank you ya ledge

I simply had the same problem. My fix? go into third person mode. worked only fine for me that way. no mod needed. Also, if you have the improved combat modernistic, that'due south what messes information technology up. I deleted mine and it worked in first person.

Switching to third person and *standing up* fixed this for me. I'm and so used to crouching/sneaking I forgot I was doing it. As soon as I stood I could strafe-strike simply fine.

If you lot become stuck in that room(by the way did yous use the w, a, and d buttons while slashing?) I believe y'all can go to a previous load to leave, then find out some way to get in before going back into the dungeon

For those who still are in trouble with not having the beam coming out of the sword:

I couldnt go out in any mode, which frustrated me. Only i got out (without completing the mission). I downloaded the modern "spring x5" and managed to bound back on the ledge you originally jumped down from. (Not piece of cake, effort to bound onto the right side of the ledge)

I cant fire when in 3rd person, but i can fire in first person view fifty-fifty my movement mod are on.

I just used the good sometime tcl. ;-)

Switch weapons to another weapon and then switch back to the blade information technology fixed it for me
